Return Acceptance
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. However, exchanges are not accepted.
Product Eligibility
Only new products are eligible for return.
Return Window
Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Return Method and Fees
Return Method: Returns must be made by mail. A return label is included in the package free of charge.
Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item.
